According to TMZ.com, prosecutors have dropped the DUI charge against him because there wasn't enough evidence that he was impaired. Apparently, the amount of marijuana in his blood was too low to prove that it affected his driving.
While he didn't pass a field sobriety test, prosecutors determined that his performance was only "moderately bad." Despite beating the DUI charge, Lil Twist was still slapped with tickets for speeding, failing to stop at a red light, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Lil Twist was driving Justin Bieber's chrome Fisker Karma when he was stopped by police for speeding and running a red light last July. Police also found a marijuana cigarette in the car.
