Chris Brown is in the custody of the U.S Marshals and is to be transported to Washington, D.C. for pre-trial hearings in the assault case for a fight that happened outside the W Hotel in D.C. back in October.
Earlier this week, the singer's lawyer attempted to stop Brown from being transported by the Marshals, even offering to transport Breezy himself but that plan was rejected. Authorities have removed Brown from his L.A. cell and he is now at San Bernardino County jail, where he awaits transport to D.C.
Brown was taken to jail in Los Angeles after violating facility rules while attending rehab in Malibu on March 14th. If convicted in the Washington case, Brown could face additional penalties, including more time behind bars.
