Justin Bieber continues to prove that he's hell on wheels -- by getting himself arrested after allegedly assaulting another driver following a traffic accident.

According to CTV, Bieber was taken into custody on Friday afternoon by cops in Perth County, Ontario after his all-terrain vehicle collided with a mini-van near his hometown of Stratford. The official police report stated, “Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation."

Justin was booked, but released on a bail-free "promise to appear" in court for a hearing scheduled for September 29th. He could end up in jail, since the probation for his vandalism arrest in California specifies he has to stay out of legal trouble entirely.
