Here's Quick Footage of the Aftermath! At about 7:30 AM this morning, a big rig tanker truck plunged onto Van Ness Street from Highway 41 In Downtown Fresno. The Driver Was Immediately rushed to the hospital, the extent of his injuries are unknown yet.
