Well it was only a matter a time before this happened, and now it's here. KFC is the first restaurant to introduce Beyond Fried Chicken, a plant-based chicken.
Beyond Meat made the announement on their instagram saying "@kfc has done what no other quick-service restaurant has done before. Tomorrow, Beyond Fried Chicken™ will make its debut in a limited one store test in Atlanta, crowning KFC as the 1st U.S. national QSR to introduce plant-based chicken - a true Kentucky Fried Miracle."
