Tristan Thompson has taken legal action to fight those new cheating allegations from an Instagram model.
According to reports, the NBA star has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Sydney Chase, who claims she had sex with Tristan after he reunited with Khloe Kardashian.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, his attorney, Marty Singer, calls Chase's allegations "malicious defamatory fabrications." Singer adds, "Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever and he never sent you any such texts."
Singer also sent a cease-and-desist letter to the host of the No Jumper podcast, where Chase made the cheating allegations. The podcast has already removed the interview.
Sources tell TMZ that Tristan was "suspicious of Chase's motives because she's reportedly been shopping a reality TV deal."
