JWoww Claims That Estranged Husband Roger Mathews Harassed Her

It wasn't easy to understand why Jenni "JWoww" Farley's restraining order against her estranged husband, Roger Mathews, was even filed but it has been revealed that the Jersey Star reality star told authorities that he was harassing her by filming her without consent.

As per a new report from TMZ, Mathews got kicked out of their residence because of the recording, which was a suggestion from his attorney. Roger had claimed that the two got into a fight earlier in the night. He said that she started to yell at him for nothing and then went to bed, only to find the cops at his house in the middle of the night to escort him out of the residence. Surveillance footage from their blowout also made its way onto the blogosphere after word of the fight spread, but it heard Farley tell the cops that Roger was "not a bad dad." Still, cops have revealed that the temporary order bars Roger from contacting the entire family. If she wants it lifted, she'll have to take it up later in court. He ended up spending time with their son, Greyson Valor, on Sunday, so it doesn't seem like they listened to regulations.

"This is the level my ex-wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of sh*t and she's sorry she ever had children with him," Roger previously captioned his first video on Instagram. "She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too. Saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter 'she is sorry she had children with your daddy.' The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids."

As per the latest from TMZ, Rogers is hoping more surveillance footage from the incident gets released because he has nothing to hide and is hoping it'll vindicate him.

In the last three months, the pair has been working through couple's counseling, but JWoww recently told him that she has no plans for a reconciliation. At this point, the two are just focused on turning their attention to the children and waving the white flag on their marriage. In late September, it was reported that the Jersey Shore reality star filed for divorce from Mathews after three years of marriage due to "irreconcilable differences."
