Theย Antiย singer was pictured with the rapper last night (January 17), just hours after new was revealed Rihanna and her longtime boyfriendย Hassan Jameelย had supposedly called it quits. Per anย Us Weekly report, Rihanna and A$AP were apparently photographed โsmiling and laughingโ with each other during their night out in New York City.ย ย
Itโs nothing new for the stars, who were recently pictured together on the Fashion Awards red carpet just in December. As fans will recall, the โLove on the Brainโ songbird was once thought to have dated the โChewing Gumโ emcee in 2013 after reports alleged the pair snuck in a kiss in between filming the music video for Rockyโs song โFashion Killa.โ
Albeit a romance has yet been confirmed, the outing does have interesting timing considering the songstressโ breakup with Jameel is still so fresh. The "What's My Name" artist was reportedly in a committed three-year relationship with the 31-year-old billionaire, with whom she was first linked up in June 2017. Back then, outlets suggested the โWorkโ vocalist and her boo were rumored to have โbeen hooking up for a few monthsโ before making it official.
Whatโs more, Jameel and Rihanna still seemed to be going strong up until late last year. โRihanna and Hassan understand each other very well and their personalities mesh well together,โ an insider revealed toย Usย last September.โTheyโre both so different, but it works for them.โย A month prior to the report, the duo were spotted giving the cameras some PDA while enjoying dinner with the vocalist's family in Santa Monica. โThey were there for a good few hours of the night until dark. At one point, Rihanna and Hassan were arm in arm,โ a source revealed at the time.
As revealed in a June 2019 Elle interview, Rihanna dished on possibly wedding the Saudi businessman. When asked about marriage plans, Rih told actress Sarah Paulson,ย โOnly God knows that, girl. We plan and God laughs, right?โย
