A Massachusetts judge rendered the verdict this morning (Thursday), ruling that Carter displayed reckless, wanton behavior by urging Conrad Roy to get back into a running truck in his garage. The judge also noted that Carter knew where the truck was, yet did nothing and notified nobody.
