Every year, real estate site Zillow.com crunches the numbers to determine the best cities to trick-or-treat in. The “trick-or-treat index” looks at home values, how close homes are to each other, crime rate and the number of residents under the age of 10.
The winner this year is San Francisco. The City by the Bay wins based on the best candy with the fewest walking and safety risks:
