New Study Shows Vitimins Are A Waste Of Money

Surveys have shown that 75 percent of Americans take some sort of supplement or vitamin.

And, according to a new study, all these people might be wasting their money.

Researchers found that you only get the benefits of consuming nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin K, magnesium, zinc and copper if you get those nutrients in your food. If you’re popping a pill, it’s not helping you live longer. (Harvard University)
