If you are 14yrs old or older, you can no longer dress up as your favorite Disney character while attending Disneyland!
According to Disney Park rule-book, you may be turned away from entering the park if you are 14yrs old or older and are wearing a costume and/or mask. There are exceptions for certain occasions but the rules are the rules, the employees too have to obey the dress code.
