R. Kelly’s girlfriendJoycelyn Savagehas been arrested in Chicago after a fight with the singer’s other girlfriend,Azriel Clary.
Joycelyn turned herself in to Chicago PD on late Wednesday night and was booked for misdemeanor battery over the incident at Kelly’s Chicago condo. She’ll see a judge this morning (Thursday), with a hearing set for February 6th.
R. Kelly’s lawyer Steven Greenberg has shot down allegations that Azriel was subjected to underage sex. Greenberg claims he has a letter Azriel gave him, voluntarily, after Robert was already in jail, saying that she never had sex with him while she was a minor. He claims the verbal dispute and physical altercation between Kelly’s two girlfriends was staged to “boost social media popularity.” (TMZ)
