In case you missed it, yesterday (Wednesday),Nicki Minaj’s husband,Kenneth "Zoo" Petty was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals for failure to register as a sex offender in the state of California.
On Wednesday afternoon, Petty pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors argued that he should be placed on house arrest, but his attorney countered, so now he'll wear an ankle monitor instead. There will also be a curfew in place. The lawyer said Petty planned to post the $100,000 bond yesterday (Wednesday). He’ll be under pre-trial supervision and will only be allowed to travel in Southern California. He also has to stay away from drugs -- even marijuana from legal dispensaries in Los Angeles.
Petty’s next hearing is scheduled for March 23rd. (TMZ)
