Today (Tuesday) is Singles Awareness Day, and it seems Nick Canon is feeling very aware. He dropped his new single "Alone" on Valentine's Day yesterday, saying on Twitter that he "had to come raw from the heart on this one."
The single samples his ex-wife Mariah Carey's 1990 song "Love Takes Time" and has Nick wishing he could have her back in his arms. He sings, “I say I’m cool when I know I miss it / I’d trade it all for the case / If I could have you back / If I could go back to where we started at."
Nick is expecting his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi, which he also addresses in the song. “As much as I want you back / It’s probably better where you at / ‘Cause I’m still running the streets / I’m still all in the sheets / Having babies / Models and singers and actresses saying they pregnant by me."
