The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has ordered a massive recall of infant swings and rockers after the death of a 10-month-old baby.
The recall covers approximately two million MamaRoo swings and and 220,000 RockaRoo baby rockers from 4moms. The company has received two reports of infants getting caught in the strap under the MamaRoo swing. One died from asphyxiation and another suffered a neck injury. The CEO of the company said, "We are deeply saddened by the two incidents that occurred when babies crawled under the seat of unoccupied MamaRoo swings." (CBS News)
