Jogger in Lake Merrit Throws Away Homeless Mans Belongings

Someone recorded this rude jogger who took in upon himself to throw all  of this homeless person’s belongings into Lake Merrit in Oakland. Many  from the town are ashamed that someone would do something like this to a  homeless person’s things.
