Last year, Ariana was in talks with Forever 21 for a potential deal but ultimately, everything fell through when Forever wouldn't pay Ariana enough to use her name and likeness. What Forever 21 did instead was follow through with the campaign without Ariana, using a look a like model instead. Forever reportedly published at least 30 unauthorized images misappropriating Ariana, and referencing her album "Thank U, Next". Ariana is suing for at least $10million in damages.
