Video Game Addiction Considered Mental Illness

According to The World Health Organization, Video game addiction is now considered a mental illness.  It is referred to as a "gaming disorder" and in case you are wondering.... a true video addict will continue playing "even when negative consequences occur," such as a disconnection from family, friends, school and work -- as well as messed up sleep patterns, diet problems and zero physical activity  (NBC News)

We have to control how long we let our kids play these games. Crazy right!?
