Keke Palmer is about to make history, yet AGAIN.

The singer and actress has signed on to be Broadway's first African-American Cinderella. Keke will start her historic run in the Rodgers & Hammerstein production September 9th at the Broadway Theatre in New York City.

This will be Keke's Broadway debut, but she's no stranger to the spotlight. Some of the former Nickelodeon star's credits include CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story and Akeelah and the Bee. Her albums include 2007's So Uncool and a self-titled EP in 2012. The 21-year-old also recently launched her own BET talk show, Just Keke.
