Chances are Kevin Durant's Labor Day weekend was better than yours. The Oklahoma City Thunder star found himself at the center of a bidding war between Nike and upstart rival Under Armour.

Although Under Armour was willing to pony up with between $265 million and $285 million, Nike was able to retain the star with a new 10-year pact that could be worth as much as $300 million.

Durant is obviously pleased with the deal engineered by Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports. He took to Twitter on Sunday and wrote, "Excited and humbled to sign back with the swoosh!"

For $300 million, who wouldn't be?
